At J. Pearson Design, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture collections and custom pieces. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Shipping

At J. Pearson Design, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time.  Our furniture items will be delivered inside your home by white glove delivery service providers, where we’ll carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed.

We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment. We will not charge for shipping until your order has dispatched.

Shipping rates are based on your delivery area – Local, National, Extended. You will be presented with shipping rates for your area during the sales process. We ship most US orders to arrive in 10-15 business days after the order process has been completed. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. 

RETURNS

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

We offer a refund within 24 hours of delivery acceptance of the collection piece.  Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. 

When returning an item, please contact your sales specialist at client services for packing instructions.  You will need to pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via an insured shipping carrier. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.

COLLECTION FURNITURE

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your furniture, however, please email us at clientservices@jpearsondesign.com immediately. Please note, J. Pearson furnishings are created from vintage, antique or revitalized furniture pieces.  Therefore, all furniture in the designs have unique details that highlight the age and authenticity of the pieces.  All unique details will be disclosed to the customer prior to purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.

PRICING POLICY

All prices in our collections and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
